Great location near attractions, but our air conditioning was really noisy.

missingWrote a review on Sept 21yummy dininggreat breakfastfun poolssmelly roompoor management
The dining options in Kissimmee totally hit the spot! Kyngs Grille served up some mouthwatering bites just a hop away, and don’t even get me started on the endless caffeine jolt from Dunkin'. Plus, the breakfast scene at the property was on point and so comforting. A real highlight! I also really appreciated the shared pools with neighboring hotels—I could chill while the kiddos splashed around!
Our room felt funky, damp, and the sofa bed was a disaster zone—thankfully, the staff did try to help but didn’t get it sorted. Also, the whole situation with our parked car getting broken into was a real bummer, and the management dropped the ball on support. Heavy sigh!

missingWrote a review on Sept 04family-friendly poolsunique breakfast
Spacious rooms provide ample space for families, especially the suites with two double beds and a sofa bed. The hotel features multiple outdoor pools, including a splash pad that's a hit with kids, making it ideal for family vacations.
Rooms could use a refresh since a few felt dated with some cleanliness issues creeping in, particularly around the carpets. The breakfast left something to be desired, with limited variety and long waits for the waffles, though the oatmeal stepped up to the plate. Additionally, the air conditioning units made a racket, and the drainage in the bathroom showers could use some attention. One downside is a vendor trying to pitch attraction tickets—might dampen your relaxation vibe a bit.

We stayed for two nights and my grandchildren absolutely loved the breakfast, especially the waffles and fresh fruit! The pool slides were a huge hit, and the kids enjoyed playing mini-golf. However, I was disappointed that there were no towels available at the pool, which meant I had to go to the front desk to check them out.

The pools were fantastic. 3 to choose from. Omar at front desk was a sweetheart. So helpful and kind. Always a smile on his face and would greet us like he knew us forever. Breakfast was OK. Room service daily was nice.
It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable.

Breakfast vibes at Springhill Suites were lit! They served homemade yogurt that was totally off the charts. With multiple pools to chill by and a splash pad for the kiddos, it was a total win for family fun!
The couch in our suite was kinda sad—worn out and dingy, like it had seen better days.

During my recent business trip to Orlando, I found the spacious suite with two double beds and a sofa bed to be very accommodating for my work needs. The location was perfect for accessing nearby business venues, and the breakfast offered a satisfying variety, including fresh fruit and hot options, which really energized me for the day ahead. The staff was efficient, assisting me with any inquiries I had promptly.
The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, making it challenging at times to complete work tasks.
